This page summarizes how we approach privacy on mozteknoloji.com. Details of which data we process, on which legal basis, and your rights are in the Personal Data Protection Notice under KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698).

Our approach: minimal data

Our site exists so that you can get to know us and reach us if you need to. That is why:

• We only receive information when you write to us yourself: through the contact and quote form or by email.
• The form only has the fields we need to respond to your request. The required fields are full name, email and message.
• There is no membership, ordering, payment or newsletter. We do not build a profile of you.

Cookie-free measurement

We see how the site is used through our own simple measurement: which page was opened, in which language, and which contact channel was clicked.

• We do not write cookies to your browser.
• We do not store your IP address.
• We do not recognize you from one visit to the next.
• We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or social media tracking code.

There are no embedded maps, videos or social media content on our pages either. External links such as “Get directions” open the relevant service in a new tab. From that point on, that service’s own privacy rules apply.

Security measures

Measure	What it does
HTTPS	Traffic between you and the site is encrypted on every page.
Cloudflare security layer	Malicious traffic and attacks are filtered out before they reach the site.
Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)	The form is protected against automated submissions.
Parameterized database queries	Form data is written to the database safely and is protected against query injection.
Input validation	Every field coming from the form is checked on the server.
Access restriction	Only authorized MOZ Teknoloji employees can see form records and statistics, through a password-protected admin login. Login attempts are limited.
Secrets kept separate	Server passwords and keys are not kept in the code repository.

No system is completely secure. If we detect a security breach, we will make the notifications required by law.

Changes

If we add a new tool or a new type of data processing to the site, we will update this page and the related texts. The current date is shown at the top of the page.
