PRODUCT TYPES

What we supply in this category

  • 01

    Fiber cable

Indoor and outdoor fiber cables, patch cords, pigtails, MPO trunk cables and ODFs (the distribution panel where fibers are terminated in the rack). We choose the cable type and fiber count by the link distance and the environment where it will be laid. Links between buildings use armored or rodent-resistant outdoor cables.

  • 02

    Splicing

Fusion splicers and the consumables needed for splicing: splice protectors, splice trays and splice closures. The equipment and the consumables can be supplied together.

  • 03

    Testing and measurement

Equipment that measures loss and locates faults on a fiber link: OTDRs, optical power meters, light sources and connector inspection microscopes. Used in acceptance testing and fault finding.

BRANDS

Brands we supply

The most common problem with fiber products is incompatibility. A multimode patch cord on a single-mode link, or an SFP module the switch does not recognize, can bring the link down. So we check your list together with cable type, connector, wavelength and device model, and tell you about any incompatible item before the quote. A proper handover includes OTDR testing and a test report for every link.

PROCESS

How we supply

  1. Needs analysis

We clarify the purpose, the existing infrastructure and the project specification together.

  2. Product selection

We recommend matching models and equivalents where available, with our reasoning.

  3. Quotation

We quote your list by brand, model and quantity.

  4. Delivery

We deliver to the site or your warehouse on the project schedule.

  5. Installation (optional)

If you wish, we also install, configure and commission the equipment.

INSTALLATION

Project-based supply + installation

We do not just sell the product: we define the need on site, engineer the solution, install and commission it.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is an SFP module?

An SFP module is a hot-pluggable transceiver that turns a port on a switch or router into a fiber or copper connection. When choosing one, the fiber type, wavelength, distance and speed must match. Some devices only recognize modules of their own brand or compatibly coded ones, so we also need to know the device model.

How do you tell single-mode and multimode patch cords apart?

The quickest way is the jacket color and the print on it. In common use, single-mode jackets are yellow, while multimode OM3 and OM4 jackets are aqua; the jacket is printed with the fiber size, such as 9/125 or 50/125. Because color can vary by manufacturer, check the label and the product code to be sure.

What does an ODF do?

An ODF is the panel in the rack where incoming fiber cables are spliced, protected and terminated. The splices stay safe in trays, and devices are connected with patch cords from the adapters on the front. This way, links can be changed without touching the main cable.
