Personal Data Protection Notice

This notice has been prepared under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). It explains which of your personal data we process, and why, when you use mozteknoloji.com and when you write to us.
Our site is a corporate information site. There is no membership, ordering, payment or newsletter. We do not build a profile of you, we do not make automated decisions, and we do not send you marketing messages.

2. What data do we process, and why?
Contact and quote form

To prevent misuse of the form, we use Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection. Turnstile collects technical signals from your browser to tell whether the person submitting the form is a bot.

Our site does not write analytics or marketing cookies to your browser. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
3. Who do we transfer data to?
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone for marketing. Only the following service providers have access to it, and only to the extent they need to do their work:

The transfers to Cloudflare and to the email service provider are cross-border transfers under KVKK Art. 9.
If authorities with legal power request it, we may share data with them to the extent permitted by the applicable legislation.
4. How do we collect data?
We collect it from you when you fill in the form, and automatically through the site’s measurement and security infrastructure when you browse the site.
5. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it
- Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data is transferred
- Request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request erasure or destruction of the data under the conditions set out in the Law
- Request that corrections and erasures be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred
- Object to a result against you that arises from analysis by automated systems
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing
6. How to apply
You can submit your application in Turkish and in writing through two channels:

State your full name, your contact details and your request clearly in your application. Applications are assessed under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. We respond to your request free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If the process involves an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
If you find our response insufficient, you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK Art. 14).
